Pallets are a critical part of the supply chain for many ongoing operations. While we deal with COVID-19, we remain open to support our customers in Food Processing, Manufacturing and Agriculture. Pacific Pallet continues operation in accordance to gov’t and health authorities and have implemented virus mitigating actions to help prevent spread.
We currently see no impact on production lead-times, however we ask customers for a minimum of two weeks when placing orders. Both commodity lumber prices and availability remain uncertain, with some BC mills recently announcing curtailments. Fortunately, Pacific Pallet is well prepared with ample stock and do not anticipate any lumber shortages.
